2024 is around the corner, and there is NO time like now to start setting health goals for yourself.
Especially when health is the key to:
- Wealth.
- Prosperity.
- Happiness.
- Money.
And peace (vice versa).
Let’s run through a list of health goals we can set for ourselves in 2024.
1. To have healthy, glowing skin free of spots, acne, inflammation, etc
First on the list is the goal of healthy, glowing skin. I say this because this is the result we want, and results matter.
As someone who’s dealt with Hidradenitis Suppurativa for the longest, this is also a personal goal and I’ve made drastic amounts of progress in 2023.
What causes inflammation in the skin?
- Excess sugar.
- Too many carbohydrates, regardless of whether those carbs are “healthy”.
- Certain trigger foods which you’ll have to experiment to find out.
- Certain seed oils, excluding olive oil or avocado oil.
- Too much insulin in the body (lowering sugar and bad foods heals this).
- Diabetes.
- Lack of zinc, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and even iron, Vitamin E, and healthy fats.
- Junk food.
The last one shouldn’t be a surprise at all. Junk food is basically the long and short of skin issues, along with other problems that crop up as a result of it.
To cut the junk you’ll need a little spunk.
2. To be so f*cking healthy you depend LESS on medications, tablets, and pills
That’s how healthy I want to be and it only makes sense. I haven’t had any pills or tablets for a good while now. And I’m talking about years at this point.
In the beginning, when my skin issues began, I took pills, tablets, creams, and everything you can imagine and none of it worked. in fact it got better when I stopped taking it.
For those who are on depression pills, as controversial as it may be, you still have depression after taking it which proves it works and is nothing more than a crux.
What about those of you who take pills for so-called skin problems, hair problems, gut issues, or stomach acid issues, and yet you still have the same problems you had before you started taking it?
Aim to be so fucking healthy in mind and body that you no longer need medications, or the reliance is reduced to such a degree that you are healthier and happier because of it.

3. To have zero hospital visits because your health is so good
Hospital is a place no one wants to go, likes to go or is excited about going. Being healthy is the greatest deterrent of all time when it comes to hospitals.
Especially in the age of big pharma, corruption in the healthcare industry, and the medical business.
Frequent visits just means whatever problem you have isn’t going away, hasn’t gone away, and you’ve yet to begive the solution or cure to make it go away completely.
That’s because of the pills and bullshit they have you coming back and forth for in some cases.
In other cases? Get healthy as quickly as possible so you don’t have to visit the hospital again, and as few times as possible in the future.
4. To stick to a healthy diet without going off the rails
The cringiest shit I see on the internet when a new year comes around is everyone screaming about new year resolutions and how they’re gonna do this that and the third.
The issue is making a New Year resolution isn’t enough to help you achieve your goals because if you’re the same person you were on the 31st of December as you are on January 1st 2024, then you’ll fail as you always have.
The solution? Habits.
In 2024 your daily habits need to change, and that’s a fact. A little change is enough as long as it’s daily.
That could mean:
- Adding vegetables to your meals every day.
- Cutting out ONE bad food from your diet.
- Replacing sugar with organic honey.
- Eating berries instead of bananas (less sugar).
- Having one less teaspoon of sugar.
Goals are achieved in small steps and you can’t force big goals to be had in big swings. It happens with the little swings that add up, and become your habits, which then makes it easier to take bigger steps because you’re then a bigger person capable of pulling it off.
5. So much more energy you don’t know what to do with it

Not this kind of energy.
Having more energy is always a bonus, but many people don’t realize that energy is a result of the food you put inside your body.
Not just food of course. Drugs for example can cause all kinds of side effects. But assuming nutrition is your invisible problem, then that’s where you start looking.
When I gave up carbohydrates, especially in excess, I realized all the times when I lacked energy after eating weren’t just because I was anaemic or had Gilbert syndrome, but because the blood sugar spikes were so severe.
I had to lay down after or before an hour ha passed, and sometimes I’d even nap because I felt that tired during the day.
That’s no longer an issue and I have more energy every day in spite of my Gilbert Syndrome and its associated effects.
I can now get more done, be more productive, feel healthier, have so much more energy, and it feels good knowing I’m fueling myself with the right foods.
6. Defeating chronic constipation once and for all
I had chronic constipation for years on end and I always assumed it was normal to have it and that I was eating the right food. It didn’t make sense and was a dumb way to think but I knew no better so I did no better.
Dropping the magical fibre (that’s how they treat it, no pun intended) helped chronic constipation go away.
imagine how much time you spend on the fucking toilet because of this one problem that stops you from doing the things you want to do, especially when you’re let’s say, on holiday, or something other.
Constipation is the most common gastrointestinal complaint, they say.
7. To have a heart so healthy that no physical task is too tough
I suffered heart problems from Winter 2021 and it only got worse to the point of feeling like I was dying. I came back to life multiple times in the past year It feels.
Nowadays I have no issues with cardio or exercise, etc, where I would once feel tired, and exhausted, and it was tough to do normal things that involved being mobile.
My heart health is where I want it but I want to take it further and that happens with time and attention.
No amount of:
- Heart disease.
- Heart block.
Or other issues can ultimately get in the way if you:
- Have a plan.
- Know what to do.
- Can reverse it.
- Believe you can do it.
- And there is a method of reversing it through nutrition.
This is in spite of what the medical industry would have you believe, think, or conform to.
Even for those who don’t have heart or energy issues, it’s still a critical and worthwhile health goal to pursue in 2024.
