Keto slim pills.
Where do I start? There are a few variations.
These “health” items have been trending for some time now, and unfortunately, like most shitty products, it’s working.
Why?
Marketing.
That’s the holy grail of making a shitty product saleable. It’s why Coca-Cola and McDonald’s exist, and are consumed to death (sometimes literally) by 10s of millions of people.
Why Keto slim pills are a scam:
1. You’re paying for something the ketogenic already does (weight loss)
Look at this taken from an Amazon listing for “keto slim”:
Nature’s Science KETO SLIM is the only weight-loss supplement designed specifically for your ketogenic diet and help you lose up to 30lbs!
There are already some problems here.
Lose “up to” 30lbs
This right here is a telltale sign of the marketing drivel. They can never say “guaranteed” so of course they’ll say “up to” just in case the results don’t amount to a certain degree or whatever.
But more importantly than that, it shows you how scummy so many of these companies are that they’ll create a bullshit product called “keto slim” and sell it knowing this isn’t necessary.
Or said more bluntly, knowing it’s a scam since you’re getting LESS out of it than you should.
That’s what a scam is. Paying for something and feeling like you’re being ripped off because of the poor value exchange.

Nature’s “science”
Another keyword they decided to throw in there, legally I’m sure, is to make people think how much of a wonderful product this must be because it’s backed up by science, or is assumed to be “scientific”.
First of all, there is NO nature in this product. It’s not taken from the earth, a plant, or something else natural in order to make it.
That’s just more bullshit marketing drivel thrown in there to appear to be something it’s not.
2nd of all, the ingredients in this product prove that “Nature” was never part of the process and it’s not an inherent part of the keto slim supplement.
“Nature’s science products are designed to deliver the exact dose that is needed to see results.”
These are their own words. Followed by:
“Scientifically formulated with keto pure and coconut MCT Oil powder.”
The actual ingredients?
- Keto Slim Complex [Caffeine, Keto Pure (Phospholipids, Green Tea Extract).
- MCT.
- Microcrystalline cellulose.
- gelatin.
- dicalcium phosphate.
- silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, stearic acid and crosscarmellose sodium.

Do any of these ingredients seem “premium” or “natural” to you?
It’s synthetic, not premium.
The ingredients list is there on Amazon in black and white, which they are legally obligated to share. And yet, in the marketing drivel it points to a different idea, an idea of “premium” and “natural” when it’s anything but that.
Sure, it has MCT, the same thing you can put in your cup of coffee or tea when on the ketogenic diet by the way, but that’s it.
“Keto Pure” is another bullshit term they’re using to make it sound great, but looking through their list of ingredients (cellulose for example), it’s clear this is all HYPE and not to be trusted.
This applies to all variations of keto slim pills since there are MANY with the same noise, foolishness, and garbage marketing that take advantage of the keto diet for the wrong reasons.
You can lose 2 stone or more following the actual ketogenic diet
I lost almost 3 stone doing the ketogenic diet. I was over 15 stone since the pandemic and dropped to 12 stone when the dust cleared.
That was by doing the following:
- Lowering myc carbohydrates below 50g.
- Then lowering it beyond 20g (carbs).
- Eating fatty foods (which are being burned off in ketosis). It’s also your fuel.
- Fatty foods like 20% beef, certain types of chicken, European cheese, cheddar, olive oil, butter, Mackerel, etc.
And exercising every day (not intensely) for around 20-30 minutes, or maybe 45 minutes. The exercise was the LEAST important aspect and wasn’t needed which is the point of keto.
Sticking a pill in you speaks to your lizard brain (laziness) and only causes more harm than good.
Why? Because in the process it encourages you to build bad habits that’ll leak into all parts of your life (while affecting your health silently).

2. You’re building very bad habits by taking it
There will never be a keto pill or any sort of magic pill that will help you:
- Lose weight.
- Become healthy.
Or anything of the sort.
Work will always be required for:
- Health.
- Muscle.
- Abs.
- Nutrition.
Or any other goal people tend to have when they seek out shortcuts.
The keto slim pill scam is no different. It takes advantage of people who have:
- Given up.
- Quit on themselves.
- Thrown in the towel.
- Those who are weaker.
And most importantly, those who are either looking for magic or have been doing the wrong thing for years.
The irony is you have to be following keto to take these keto pills.
“I’m on my second bottle and got it again because it has worked for me. Also I only take either 3 in the morning if I don’t drink coffee or 2 mid day if it’s too close to night time because of the caffeine and It is still working for me. Recommended!!”
“I have been using this product for two years. I went from 167 to 147 by watching what I ate, no high carbs for that duration. After my weight loss I now continue to take the capsules without dieating and I do not gain weight. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT.”
You might look at these Amazon reviews and think wtf, they’re legit. Fuck what this guy has got to say about it.
But look at the reviews and re-read them multiple times (negative ones as well). They say it works BECAUSE they keep using it. Meaning what?
The moment they stop doing it is the moment it no longer works. Proving my point even more about building very bad habits.
These products work because you’re doing KETO the wrong fucking way. Not the other way around. That’s backwards, and it’s right in alignment with pills in general that “Mask” a problem rather than fix it or solve the root cause.
This is the reason these shortcuts are attractive. It happens in the finance industry, in business, and anything where people are trying to achieve something.
That’s why “diet” scams exist (no pun intended). By diet, I mean scams that are lightweight in appearance but are pure scams when you peel back the banana and look underneath its surface.
It’s mental gymnastics at its finest.
Supporting companies who do NOT use natural products is insane if you’re serious about keto
The whole point of keto, or even diets like vegan is to eat whole foods. That’s always the intention.
Whole foods are what?
- Foods from nature.
- Foods that are unprocessed.
- Foods as close to nature as it can get.
- Foods that haven’t been altered on the DNA level.
- Foods that look the same as they would if it were in nature.
- Foods that haven’t been sprayed, tampered with, injected, or changed.
- Foods that don’t cause inflammation, skin problems, gut issues, and so on (if they aren’t in nature).
Whole foods are not foods that some random guys in suits tell you are natural, healthy, and perfectly OK to eat because encouraging you to do so is good for their bank account.
It’s not foods with “positive” marketing but shoddy ingredients and nutritional values either.
If that’s the case, just admit that you want to eat shit and don’t give a fuck instead of playing the game where you pretend to want “health” by saying you follow the ketogenic diet, or any diet perceived to be healthy.
Demand better for yourself. You can do that with the food itself, and not the junk you have to swallow multiple times a day to “lose” weight.
