What Vitaly Zdorovetskiy Can Teach You About Self Confidence

Vitaly Zdorovetskiy is a Russian prankster on YouTube. He got started sometime after moving to America when he was 18 years old.

One of his most popular videos that drove his success is – Miami Zombie Attack Prank.

Now we’ve got that out of the way, let’s get into what it is Vitaly can teach us all about self confidence. And how you can apply this knowledge to your own life.

1. You’ve got to be willing to take risks

All you’ve got to do is watch this video to see how insane of a stunt this is. Yet if you’re able to overlook the craziness of this prank, you’ll learn something from it that can help you build your self confidence.

You’ve got to take risks. No matter how crazy it sounds.

The benefit of taking risks? When it pays off, your self confidence goes through the roof. Because you’re no longer afraid of the risk you’ve taken.

And even if it doesn’t work out perfectly, you’ll be more willing to take a risk the next time. And you’ll be less hesitant to take action. That’s vital when it comes to building your self confidence.

2. You’ve got to do things others aren’t willing to do

How many guys (or girls) are willing to approach people they like, and ask them for a kiss? That’s pretty much what Vitaly does throughout this video, and he makes it look easy.

To build your self confidence, you’ve got to do things others aren’t willing to do. Because when you do things others aren’t willing to do, you end up with what others won’t have. And in this case, that’s more self confidence and more willingness to face your fears head on!

3. You’ve got to have a little fun

One of the many reasons we struggle with confidence building is we take it too seriously. If you take yourself too seriously, you’ll kill yourself out of sheer frustration.

In this prank Vitaly tells his mum he’s addicted 2 drugs on APRIL FOOLS DAY. That might be an unconventional thing to do, and even somewhat inappropriate to some people, but he had fun doing it.

It’s the same FUN factor you’ve got to put into the areas you want to be more confident about. It’ll not only make the process of building your confidence easier, but you’ll have a lot more energy and motivation along the way. As it’s more satisfying.

4. You’ve got to take uncomfortable actions

When was the last time you challenged yourself? When was the last time you challenged yourself to write more, read more, do more, achieve more, or do something brand new that pushes you?

In this video he uses a strangers phone to make a drug deal, which turns out ugly as you’d imagine.

Pushing all the madness aside, the lesson here is to take uncomfortable actions. Because each uncomfortable action you take pushes you out of your comfort zone. And when you’re out of your comfort zone, you grow from the inside out.

That’s exactly what it takes to build your confidence. If you’re not uncomfortable, your confidence has no room to grow beyond the level it’s already at.

5. You’ve got to be willing to experiment

In this video Vitaly experiments with how people will treat him based on whether they think he’s poor or rich. And the results are interesting.

The lesson here is to experiment with things in your life, and to never stop testing. Why? Because the more you test things out, the more actions you’re taking. And If you’re willingly taking action consistently, your confidence is bound to grow for 2 reasons.

  1. You’ll learn a lot more about yourself, and what you’re capable of.
  2. You’ll find out what it is you’re good at doing.

Knowing you’re good at something, and then doing the thing you’re good at is a no-brainer for building up your confidence. The more you do it, the better you get. The better you get, the more confident you become. Plain and simple.
